Most of our trailers require a 2 5/16 inch hitch ball. Always verify your vehicle has the correct ball size and hitch class before pickup.
Your vehicle must meet the trailer's towing capacity. Check your vehicle's GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) to make sure it can safely tow the trailer and cargo combined.
Yes. Most trailers use a 7-way trailer connector for lights and brakes. Make sure your vehicle has a compatible electrical connection.
  1. Back your vehicle up to the trailer coupler
  2. Lower the coupler onto the hitch ball
  3. Lock the coupler latch
  4. Attach safety chains
  5. Connect trailer lights
  6. Raise the trailer jack
Always double-check your connections before driving.
Proper weight distribution is important.
  • Put heavier items toward the front
  • Secure cargo with ratchet straps
  • Check tire pressure before driving
  • Make sure cargo cannot shift while moving
Improper loading can cause trailer sway.
